What the President of the Czech Republic Dislikes About Europe   [Peter Robinson]

Today on Uncommon Knowledge, President Vaclav Klaus, president of the Czech Republic.

At the beginning, the European integration process was a positive idea. Opening up, liberalizing trade, removing barriers and borders of individual countries, allowing free movement not only of goods and services, but of people, ideas and culture too….But then it turned into something else during the 1980’s and especially in 1991 with the so-called Maastricht Treaty.  Integration turned into unification.
