Junior Moment? [Yuval Levin]
As Marc Ambinder points out, this clip where Barack Obama seems to suggests there are 57 (or 59) states in the Union, is evidence of little more than Obama’s very frequently evident fatigue (and occasional disorientation). But if McCain did it, you can imagine the attention it would get.
