re: Iranian detention of British sailors   [Michael Rubin]

While neither here nor there, just a quick note to say today isn't the first time the Iranians have detained British sailors. I'm swamped today and so can't debate—we probably don't have the open source information available at any rate—but I'd be curious if the Brits made any concessions the last time around. If so, that would be an example of diplomacy rewarding bad behavior.
