If you read Stephen's piece today you know that today the House is debating the Democrat's Iraq emergency supplemental bill..
A House minority source points out that "Republicans will get 2 hours of debate time on the bill itself. All of the 2 hours is controlled by the Appropriations Committee, and no time is being held for any member not in leadership or on the Appropriations Committee."
Kinda shuts out some of the porkbusting types?
