Supreme Court Justice Bill Clinton?   [Mark Hemingway]

From CNN:

It is a title that would be sure to bring either fear or cheer to many Americans, depending on your political leanings: Supreme Court Justice Bill Clinton.

If Hillary Clinton becomes president, would she nominate her husband for the high court

That provocative possibility has long been whispered in legal and political circles ever since Sen. Hillary Clinton became a viable candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination.

Presumably the Supreme Court needs to do something about our draconian sexual harassment laws. I mean, if you can't compel a police officer to escort a state employee to your hotel room and show her your wang-dang-doodle without being impeached and disbarred, we truly are headed to hades on a bobsled.

Oh and while we're on the subject,  I'll throw in an obligatory — but nonetheless enthusiatic — "Ponnuru for SCOTUS!"
