It may be that Rudy has reached the limits of his no-advertising strategy. He certainly did in NH, which is why he's up on the air there now. Will be interesting to see what it does to his numbers. Of course, Huck isn't advertising in any of the states after Iowa either and he seems to be rising in them all.
