Here's A Pre-Result Prediction Out of Wisconsin [John Hood]
If Barack Obama wins convincingly in Wisconsin tonight, despite what is reportedly relatively strong turnout among groups previously favorable to Hillary Clinton, the result won't be reported in gigantic headlines tomorrow, though it probably should be. The Clinton team did a fairly good job managing expectations and changing the subject. Plus, despite the fact that most media elites are Democrats and privately fear that a prolonged Obama-Clinton struggle would help McCain in the fall, they are first and foremost employees of media companies with uncertain prospects and a strong interest in keeping readers and viewers interested in political news.
