. . . but it's a Czardom. According to this list put together by Taxpayers for Common Sense, today the United States has 31 Czars. How bad is it? Well, TCS says it's more than Imperial Russia had in its entire history.
Here is my question: What is the title of the guy (Obama) who is the boss of an army of Czars? A Super Czar?
