Bush's "Corporate Tax Cut" [Ramesh Ponnuru]
turns out not to be one after all. What he's looking at is a simplification of the corporate tax code that would reduce tax rates in exchange for getting rid of some tax breaks. I think a straight corporate tax cut would be very dicey politically.
