Resurrecting Fred   [Kathryn Jean Lopez]

I still contend people shouldn't get too excitable about last night. But I also imagine — especially with all the excitablility — that I can't be the only one wondering if Fred Thompson might just be handed a window before this is all over?

Actually, I know I'm not. I'm getting pro-Fred mail like I haven't seen since people were enthusiastically wanting to draft him back almost a year or less ago.

I think conservatives much rather give Thompson the possibility of a second look than McCain.
