Overall Rudy Impression [Rich Lowry]
He's going to be a good candidate on the stump. He's likable, and has authority and star power. What he's going to have to worry about (no big surprise) is his positions on key issues, his past record, and his personal life—those things he doesn't have so much control over (he has more control over his positions than the other things, of course, but even there, he's kind of locked in on some important questions).
