Brownback-Giuliani? Maybe Brownback-McCain   [Byron York]

Amid all the talk of a flirtation between Sam Brownback and the Giuliani campaign, I've just been told that two key staffers from Brownback's now-defunct campaign have joined John McCain in Iowa.  Jay Heine, who was Brownback's state director, and Emma Nemecek, who was a field representative, will now work for McCain as grassroots adviser and field representative, respectively.  The moves seem to suggest two things: 1) talk about a Brownback-Giuliani tie was probably overblown, and 2) any debate inside the McCain camp about whether to direct resources toward Iowa seems to have been resolved in Iowa's favor.
