Reax from a hard-core conservative Marine Iraq vet friend of mine currently on the Hill:
Great guy! Very conservative for a Dem. I work with him on the VA-MILCON Committee. I would have a hard time saying anything bad about him. “I hate Chet Edwards because he wears ties that I disapprove of!”
