Some Good News [Kathryn Jean Lopez]
Cochran, Hatch,Tester voted against cloture... (voting going on now)
Bad news: Brownback voted for cloture. Doesn't strike me as smart.
Webb voted for cloture. Constituents Laura Ingraham and Mark Levin will never let that go.
UPDATE: Ensign voted for cloture. That surprises me. as head of the Senate campaign commitee, he should know better.
And we have cloture. Thanks Amnesty Senators! 64-35. And 300 pages of clay pigeon rumors.
