I Am an Investing Super Genius [Jonah Goldberg]
I bought 500 shares of Citigroup yesterday at just over a dollar, figuring if it didn't get nationalized it would have to go up. And if it did get nationalized, I'd be out $500. I have made much dumber bets. Well now it's up roughly 36% to $1.42. Then again, Citibank ATMs still charge more to withdraw money than the value of a single share. So what do I know?
