The link is to some Reagan memorabilia with flag motifs not, from what I can tell, actual American flags with Obama replacing the stars. Context also matters. Obama claims that the measure of America's character can be found in his nine-month-old presidency. When his fans fly a flag like that, it gives the impression that they take that seriously, even literally. I see no reason why I should stop being appalled. Personally, I would never fly a Reagan flag designed like that Obama flag, and I think Reagan was the bee's knees.
