'The Exploding Federal Deficit' [Veronique de Rugy]
Former acting director of the Congressional Budget Office, Donald Marron has a new blog. It's packed with valuable information about the economy, the financial crisis, and the budget with a twist of inside-the-beltway knowledge.
His recent post about why the deficit is exploding is interesting. It breaks down the deficit into components (new TARP spending, interests on the debt, new programs, and lower tax revenue). Check out the cool chart.
