More Rudy & Abortion   [Rich Lowry]

As far as I can tell his new posture on abortion involves saying the same things he had been saying about it before, but adding that he feels "very strongly" about it at every opportunity. Also, I don't understand why, per his interview on FNS yesterday, he thinks having no litmus tests for Supreme Court justices releases him from having to state his own view on Roe. It's one of the most contested Supreme Court decisions of the last 40 years, has an enormous effect on public policy, and Rudy's a very smart lawyer running for president—and he still won't simply tell people what he thinks of it? Strange...
