I am impressed by the questions. If they are representative, then the GOP base is concerned with the right things: immigration, taxes and spending.
Huckabee looks smug to me. His obfuscations about his tax record are problematic. Nor is his support for the national retail sales tax heartening. McCain sounds thoughtful and mature tonight. But the real fight is between Romney and Giuliani, both of whom are generally correct in their criticisms of each other.
