GUANTANAMO BAY, Cuba, Dec 8, 2008 (AFP) - Court proceedings opened Monday at a military tribunal in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba against alleged mastermind of the September 11, 2001 attacks, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, with victims' relatives present for the first time.
