Arctic Sea Ice   [Jonah Goldberg]

Is back to 1979 levels. Funny how that hasn't been front page news. Of course, it's just a snapshot, but whenever the snapshots point to global-warming-catastrophe, it's headline news.

You've made a mistake concerning your 'Arctic Sea Ice' post.  The article you point to talks about global sea ice levels (i.e. both Arctic and Antarctic).  The situation in the Arctic is still pretty bad:

The land locked Antarctic is not melting as much as the sensitive Arctic and receives more snowfall due to higher levels of moisture from warm ocean currents.
