I Think This Is Right [Kathryn Jean Lopez]
An e-mail: "the NYTimes and other MSM will officially declare this issue over after this speech. but it has the same emptiness of his standard stump speech, and he still hasn't said how it is he could sit in any church where the minister damns America from its pulpit."
I think if you want to be romanced by your candidate, he romanced you. And if you're a guilty white person, you're with Obama because he said so.
And if you're a Democrat (and maybe some MSM-acceptable conservatives), you loved, loved, loved that he hit right-wing talkers.
If his audience was super-delegates, job well done. This speech won't win him the general, however.
