Biden on Palin [Jonathan Adler]
In addition to saying that children should be "off limits" in the campaign, Senator Biden also said that he thought Gov. Palin is qualified to be Vice President. Recall that Biden could not say Senator Obama was qualified to be President during the Democratic primaries
