Ron Burgundy was indeed wrong. San Diego does not mean "a whale's vagina", but I'm pretty sure San Francisco does.

That's perfect. A facility that does a dirty but necessary job that disgusts the liberals who played a big part in creating the mess (see Rich Lowry's book, Legacy: Paying the Price for the Clinton Years), thereby protecting them in spite of themselves, should absolutely be named after Bush.

I think naming a sewage treatment plant after President Bush IS appropriate. After all, he's been taking s**t from liberals and cleaning it up for years.
