McCain's New Hampshire Problem   [Rich Lowry]

Now the question for McCain is whether he can win a state that is not as enamored with his persona as New Hampshire is, win a state where he can't spend months and months holding "town hall" meetings, win a state where only Republicans—still McCain's weak spot—can vote in the primary. The next test is on Saturday. Romney will face a similar question—can he win someplace where he doesn't have close ties and where he is not uniquely suited to speak to the foremost economic concern of the state.
