Please find attached the handwritten additions to the substitute bill (amendment #1150); also, please note that all the pages are renumbered after p. 225.
There's a whole legislative process, staffers legitimately gripe, for a reason. But Lindsey Graham's ninth-grade teacher must have left out the details. Much like the deal announcers last week, as it happens.
