WSJ on Murtha [Stephen Spruiell]
The Wall Street Journal has published a huge piece on how Pennsylvania Democrat John Murtha hijacked the House defense-appropriations process and sent billions to contractors in his Johnstown district whether the Pentagon needed it or not. I'll have more on this later, but here's the link for now.
