Fred Thompson's Record on Cloning [Ramesh Ponnuru]
I have been wondering where he stands on stem-cell issues. It turns out he has a bit of a record on it. In 1998, he voted with pro-lifers on a bill to ban cloning (actually, on a procedural motion about the bill, but it looks like the vote divided based on the perceived merits of the bill).
