So...I'm No Fan of the Death Penalty ... [Kathryn Jean Lopez]
...I don't know how Anthony Kennedy writes this: "The death penalty is not a proportional punishment for the rape of a child."
Seems to me if the death penalty is constitutional, it's not a Supreme matter to draw such a line.
I think this case may resonate in November...
