Rudy Praises Free Markets   [Larry Kudlow]

The Republican presidential hopeful told the Hoover Institution in Washington that the GOP should be "the party of freedom"—free markets, lower taxes, school choice, and a health care system rooted in free market principles.

Here’s the money sentence from The New York Sun:

[Giuliani] “said that while Republicans believe that the American economy is ‘essentially a private economy,’ Democrats ‘really believe, honest, that it is essentially a government economy.’"

Rudy also criticized Democrats for universal heath care that he said would threaten a “socialization” of our medical system “That would be a terrible, terrible mistake.” Solutions “have to be free market solutions” and the system needs to be “competitive” according to Gotham's former mayor.

Sounds pretty good to me.

Now, if he can protect the life of the unborn.
