One day every American will be able to experience for himself all those wacky government hospital stories that turn up in the British and Canadian papers every week. But for now you have to join the military:
MIAMI — A Veterans Affairs hospital here has notified thousands of patients that their colonoscopies were performed with improperly sterilized equipment, officials said Monday.
