Meanwhile, former Iowa Governor Tom Vilsack has been named Agriculture Secretary-designate, and the President-elect gave a huge boost to the ethanol cartel:
Mr. Obama said that Mr. Vilsack "led with vision" and "understands the solution to our energy crisis will be found not in oil fields abroad but in our farm fields here at home."
Looks like that Ethanol Bailout is more and more likely.
