Winning in Iraq [John Podhoretz]
Ralph Peters agrees with Jack Keane and Fred Kagan today — to win in Iraq, the focus must shift from "training the Iraqis" to "bringing security to the Iraqi population." The key here is time. A "temporary" troop surge will be a disaster.
