Ah, the sound of McCain mailings, RNC mailings, and Republican Congressional Campaign Committee mailings going through shredder.
But not to worry. While the mainstream media voted for President Obama, they duly paused to tip their hats to the Arizona Maverick, who ran such a high-minded, eco-friendly campaign. Of course, given that the Republicans lost seven seats in the Senate and 25 in the House, McCain may also provide the surprise of the season, saying yes to an unexpected offer to be Interior Secretary, providing real bipartisan heft to the new administration ...
