Oh Frabjous Day! Calloo Callay! [Iain Murray]
There are strong reports emanating from Zimbabwe that the tyrant Robert Mugabe is negotiating a resignation with the opposition leader Morgan Tsangvirai. It looks like there is enough left of the rule of law in Zimbabwe to engineer a peaceful transition away from Mugabe's ruinous despotism. If true, this is a great day for democracy and civilization.
