The State of the Democratic Party? [Kathryn Jean Lopez]
As Jim Geraghty points out, two thirds of Republicans voted against the bill. (Here's the roll.) But Dems are in control of Congress. The power of Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama couldn't convince loyal Democrats to vote for this bill? 95 Democrats voted against it. Seems shocking.
