On Frist Blogging   [Kathryn Jean Lopez]

I've already cautioned against the "throw the bums" out language. (Scroll down.)

I'd be more interested in Frist's blogging if the Majority Leader had more leader-like language than: "As soon as the Senate returns in September, I will continue to fight to pass S. 2590 and other fiscal responsibility priorities." You're, like, the leader, dude. You could afford to be a little bolder. (A blog post saying "We will pass x before the November elections. If we don't, Harry Reid will have some explaining to do." — that would be news.)

A few kudos to Frist though —  for being on board the database bill, which we've editorialized in favor of, for recognizing Andrew's mood is a real one out there, for responding to Stuttaford — something Tony ("Chamberlain") Blair and Mike ("Nurse") Bloomberg never have.
