Who Is Glen Green? [Jonathan Adler]
He was a sadistic monster convicted of a brutal rape kidnapping and murder and sentenced to life. He was also one of the many granted clemency by Governor Mike Huckabee in 2004, prompting an outraged editorial in the Arkansas Leader that is reproduced here on an anti-Huck site. I assume there is more to the story, and I will be curious to see how the Huck team explains this one.
Disclosure: I am a Thompson guy.
Update: Apparently Huck discussed his clemency record tonight on Hannity & Colmes, noting among other things that he did not pardon anyone on death row, but I did not see the show.
