Just out, and relevant to the rising tension in the Middle East: An interesting analysis by Robert Rabil suggesting that Hezbollah's rise in Lebanon has come at Syria's expense, and what once was an alliance between Syria and Iran with Hezbollah a minor player, is now an Iranian-Hezbollah alliance with Syria the minor player.
