Thanks for the plug Kathryn. And thanks so much to all of the readers who helped move this thing up the charts. The ideal scenario is for this is for it to "debut" on the New York Times bestseller list next week (it's too soon for this week) because that will make it all that much harder for those who just want it to go away to ignore it. And for the already batty Kossite types, that will just be the ultimate indignity. So, if you're remotely inclined to buy the book at all, buying it from a major chain or from Amazon this week would be great. Regardless, I'm just immensely grateful for the support of NR, its readers and its friends these last few days. Thanks again. Oh, and if you want to follow the book's progress more closely, there's always the book's blog.

Update-Clarification: Apparently it would be more like two weeks before we'll know if it makes the Times list. There's that much of a lagtime.
