Re ‘Et tu, Bozza?’   [Jay Nordlinger]

Two quick things, Mark: Boris came out for Obama a long while ago, particularly on racial grounds (what a great and helpful thing it would be, etc.). A British friend of mine noted the painful condescension of it all. And Boris believes that Tony Blair and George Bush should be tried as war criminals. Why shouldn’t he support Obama and Biden? Not to mention the mayor’s position on abortion . . .

 

I started missing Red Ken even before Boris was sworn in, and as a British journo said to me last week, “At least you could rely on Ken.”
