Just in from the Louisiana GOP:
(Baton Rouge): The Republican Party of Louisiana is proud to welcome Treasurer John Kennedy to the Republican Party...
...Treasurer Kennedy becomes the third Republican statewide elected official, joining Secretary of State Jay Dardenne and Commissioner of Insurance Jim Donelon.
This is leading to a challenge of Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.). This will be one of the very few places Republicans have a decent shot at a Senate pickup.
