View As Web Page McCain: A- (the minus for the tax discussion) Obama: Solid C McCain won, hands down, particularly when the conversation shiffted to war and national security. McCain was comfortable, fluent, principled and direct. Obama was weak and defensive. But not to worry, as Obama said in regards to visits to Iraq, consultations with General Patreus, and oversight of NATO, he's proud of his VP selection. In other words, Joe Biden will handle all of that.
