We Need a New Name for the Fairness Doctrine [Kathryn Jean Lopez]

Hear, hear to Peter Kirsanow, but one suggestion to the Corner and by extension NR: stop conceding the premise of the argument by calling an unconstitutional concept "The Fairness Doctrine."
SDI was maligned by the moniker "Star Wars." But the principle applies.
Call this one "The Gag Order." Or "Radio Silence." Make something up. I don't care. It's not "fair," and it can't be admitted that semantic legitimacy.
