The GOP on the Surge [Byron York]
Predictions that 30, or even 40 House Republicans would side with Democrats and vote for Nancy Pelosi's anti-surge resolution didn't come true. With the voting just completed, Republicans voted against the resolution 180 to 17, with four Republicans yet to vote.
