Giuliani's Chances, Ctd. [Ramesh Ponnuru]
DaveG makes the pro-Giuliani case again. He does a nice job, but he is wrong to attribute to me the view that "Rudy will underperform Bush in the electoral college." My major point is that Giuliani's social liberalism weakens rather than strengthens him as a general-election candidate, and only secondarily do I suggest that Giuliani might underperform Bush.
