And the Award...   [Rich Lowry]

...for the most effective and dishonest negative attack of the year has to go to Barack Obama and his health-care spots. They've caused barely a ripple in the media (compare that with the uproar over the celeb ad and the Ayers business), but seem to have really cut against McCain.
