Our Delphic Supreme Court [Ramesh Ponnuru]
The Washington Post thinks that the Court implicitly sided with deference to Congress and supported the constitutionality of the Voting Rights Act in full. Tom Goldstein thinks that the Court's implicit point was exactly the opposite. Goldstein is more persuasive.
