Daemonogenic Global Warming   [Iain Murray]

According to the promoters of the Omen remake, at any rate. The Capital Research Center's Matthew Vadum found this on the movie's website (embedded within Flash graphics, so no direct link I'm afraid):

What significance do the recent string of natural disasters have with regards to the end of days?

The string of severe natural disasters is exactly as the Bible predicted-it is the beginning of the end. From earthquakes and tsunamis that have swallowed whole villages, to fires and sickness caused by drought, to lethal mudslides, global warming is breeding chaos.

And global warming is caused by the widespread sin, immorality, and materialism of our current society. The looting and murders after these disasters struck are further evidence of the Antichrist's coming. The Bible's revelation predicts that it will be under these conditions that the mark of the Beast will come upon us.

Matthew says this mirror's Al Gore's views. He's right. Gore claims global warming is a moral issue, so he'd probably agree with the statement, "global warming is caused by the widespread sin, immorality, and materialism of our current society."

Even he, however, hasn't blamed earthquakes and tsunamis on global warming. Yet.
