Voting in Kentucky [Jonah Goldberg]

Just went to vote. I live in a county that is kind of rural/suburban- about 75% of us could be considered bitter and clingy. I'd be willing to bet that McCain will win my county by two or three to one. Still, the turnout at my polling place was larger than I can ever remember- and I've been voting since 1975. Hmmm... Maybe it's not just the Obama crowd that is energized and enthusiastic.
